There's nothing like a father-son relationship. So, when something bad happens to one of them, naturally the other one stands by their side.
Singer Ehab Tawfik holds a strong bond with his father, whose health suddenly deteriorated and was forced to immediately go into hospital.
The singer was forced to cancel all his work commitments after his dad felt extremely unwell. Ehab immediately transferred his father to a hospital in Cairo, where he underwent heart surgery.
According to Laha Magazine, the devastated star wrote on his FB page saying:
“I can't describe the feelings of fear and worry that I'm experiencing over my father. I pray to God that he gets well immediately and I ask my fans to please include him in your prayers.”
He added: “I refused to leave the hospital and decided to remain by my dad's side the entire time. I've called off all prior engagements and halted work on my upcoming album.”
Ehab has recently released a song titled “Allah Akbar” (God is the Greatest), which he dedicated to the lost lives of soldiers in the recent tragic events in Sinai.
