ALBAWABA - New documents show that musician D4Vd gave his mother ownership of two properties, which has led to more speculation.

These past few weeks, rising music star D4vd has been in a lot of news. People on social media have thought that he may have had something to do with Celese Rivas Hernandez's sad death, whose body was found in d4vd's Tesla and was starting to break down. Because of the death of Rivas, d4vd has not been charged with any crime yet. And the details of how the teen got into his Tesla are still being looked into.

But D4vd now seems to be moving some of his money around while the police probe is still going on. TMZ has obtained new legal papers that show the singer recently gave his mother ownership of two homes in the Houston area that were previously owned by a trust in his name. The changes in deeds took place on September 18 and September 22. As HNHH had already said, on September 18, LAPD carried out a search warrant at the rental home in L.A. where D4vd was staying.

On September 18, an anonymous caller used a device to disguise their voice and falsely claimed that a killing had occurred at the property, despite there being no such incident. The caller said that a woman had been stabbed and was dead inside. D4vd's parents told the police that his younger brothers were upstairs and that there was no emergency.

Social media users have generated their own theories about the events that may have transpired since then. There have also been a lot of questions about how Dv4d might be connected to the case. Examining the known timeline of events, the ownership shift has sparked additional inquiries.

Furthermore, it looks like D4vd's family was already living in at least one of the homes, so the deed transfer wasn't really a move but a change in who legally owned the houses. Still, the time has made people wonder about it online. The timing makes a lot of people wonder if the move has something more to do with it.

Furthermore, d4vd's manager, Josh Marshall, discussed the reports that they were involved and tried to put them down. Marshall said in the comments part of a TikTok video about the situation that he didn't know about Rivas's death or disappearance beforehand. He stressed that he works from home and doesn't see the artist every day. He also said that neither he nor anyone else on the team had been told about any problems that were still going on with the car.

Marshall also urged everyone to refrain from discussing plots. He discussed the emotional impact that the case has had on both Rivas' family and those connected to d4vd.
