Lebanese singer Cyrine Abdelnour tried her hands at acting in the popular dramas “Ruby” and “Li'bet Mawt” (Death Game) and proved herself as a star of the small screen.
Now, her fabulous acting skills landed her not one, but two roles in two new films. Do we smell an Oscar on the way?
The first movie is being written by screenwriter Reem Hinna, and will be produced by Marwa Group Productions. Cyrine will once again act alongside her “Ruby” co-star Maksim Khalil. As for movie #2, it will be produced by Cedars Arts Productions.
It's not yet known when filming will begin, as scripts are yet to be finalized! That's because both scripts are being written especially for the talented lady, who will study them thoroughly once they're finished and decide on when filming shall begin.
Cyrine noted that she now considers herself as one of the actresses that are in demand by Arab producers - A bit of self-confidence never harmed anyone, eh? - to star in television dramas and films after the success she accomplished in past projects.
