Ramez Galal's prank show "Ramez Plays with Fire" has only just premiered on Monday, but critics are already suspecting foul play.

Lebanese superstar Ragheb Alama was the Egyptian prankster's first "victim" in the show's opening episode, but some are saying that Ragheb was already onto him before they started shooting.

This is how the game went: Ragheb was tricked into thinking that the hotel he was in for a business meeting was set on (real) fire.

He was then rushed to the roof of the building with a "fireman" (yes, it was Ramez in disguise), when a second explosion took place.

By then Ragheb was absolutely dying with fear, especially when an actor nearby caught fire.

As Ragheb and Ramez's crew of actors on the roof awaited the help of rescue helicopters, Ramez warned that another explosion is about to take place.

With everyone ducking on the floor with their heads down and eyes covered, Ramez took off his white fireman mask and congratulated Ragheb on being punk'd.

A furious Ragheb began to hit Ramez, clearly unimpressed with having been publicly humiliated.

Ragheb's next reaction was the reason why critics believe that the whole prank was a fake.

The singer took out pepper spray out of his shoulder bag and began to spray Ramez on the eyes with it.

Critics explained that no hotel would allow a guest to bring in pepper spray with them, meaning that the show's producers provided him with it before they started shooting.

However, it wasn't clear in the video the type of spray Ragheb was using, and for all we know, it could have been his deodorant!

Also, Ragheb is a big time celebrity, so chances are the hotel staff just let him bring in his pepper spray (if that's what it was) for the sake of his celebrity status, or the show!
