One of the funniest men in American showbiz is heading to Qatar with First Lady of the United States, Michelle Obama.
Late-Night host Conan O'Brien was in Armenia not long ago, where he shot a special episode for his show "Conan." But next week, he will be making his way to the Qatari capital to entertain the American troops at Al Udeid Air Base.
Conan's Qatari adventure will be taped as part of a series of specials he is putting together for TBS, the cable network that airs his regular program, “Conan.”
Meanwhile, Mrs Obama will be highlighting a new initiative that supports service members, veterans and their families, titled "Joining Forces."
This isn't Conan's first time making the men and women of the US military laugh. In May 2003, he visited Kuwait and Bahrain on a USO tour.
The special episodes will air on "Conan" later this year, while the Armenia special will air on November 10.
