ALBAWABA - American comedian and actor Chris Rock recently made headlines after hosting this week's Saturday Night Live (SNL) as he brought up several topics about the state of the US, while also welcoming fellow actor and friend, Adam Sandler on stage in a skit.

The comedian didn't hold back as he brought up the murder of UnitedHeadlcare's CEO and took jabs at Jake Paul amid his fight against 60-year-old Mike Tyson. Moreover, he also called Elon Musk "The most powerful & richest African American in the world",  and added, "He's so African he has 12 kids." This is in reference to Elon Musk's South African heritage.

He added, "Elon’s got more kids than the Cleveland Browns. That’s right".

In his monologue, Chris Rock brought up the assassination incident of UnitedHeadlcare's CEO, Brian Thompson, and said:

"I really feel sorry for the family. Everybody’s fixated on how good-looking this guy looks. If he looked like Jonah Hill, no one would care. They’d already given him the chair already, he’d be dead. But he actually killed a man... a man with a family, a man with kids. I have condolences. This is a real person, you know? But you also got to go".

He added, "You know, sometimes drug dealers get shot".

This is not the first Chris Rock has hosted SNL

The American comedian hosted SNL three times in 1996, 2014, and 2020. Additionally, Rock was also a cast member back in the 90s from 1990 to 1993 which also helped in his rise to fame.
