The Syrian director Basil Al Khatib announced that he has chosen the cast to star in the television drama series “Al Quds” (Jerusalem).
Al Khatib said that he chose the actors Solf Fawakhirji, Qusai Kholi, Ghasan Masoud, Asad Fidah and Amal Arafah from Syria.
Al Khatib said that he will announce the names of the Egyptian actors in the next two weeks.
Al Khatib will film the major part of the new drama series in Syria, because there many similarities between Syria and Jerusalem. The remainder of the scenes will be filmed inside studios in Egypt.
