Bashar Al Qaisi gains his own stardom

The production company ‘Platinum Records’, part of MBC group, decided to host a press conference in Beirut for the young Iraqi artist Bashar Al-Qaisi for the release of his first music album called “Bahoonak”.

 

According to the London daily Elaph, Bashar who is a graduate of the music talent show “Star Academy” was able to prove that he gained great popularity among the show’s fans and besides his good looks he is a talented writer and composer.

 Many of the Star Academy students feel that they loose their popularity when they leave the show, but Bashar gained his own stardom.
 Bashar considers himself as a symbol of young Iraqi artists.

  A number of Star Academy graduates attended the press conference like Amani Swaisi and Zaher Saleh. The young Iraqi artist Hamam and Lebanese artist Dominique Horani were also present at the press conference.

Bashar performed for his guest two songs from his new album, “Qalbi Dayeb” (My Heart Is Melted) and “Kol Al Hala”. The clip for the song “Albi Dayeb” was shown during the press conference for the first time. The new album includes 8 different songs, most were composed by Bashar.
