'This baby is yours!' Johnny Depp trial takes even stranger turn when fan holds up her child and tells Pirates of the Caribbean actor claiming he's the FATHER.
Johnny Depp's defamation trial against his ex-wife Amber Heard took another bizarre turn Monday when a woman held up a child and shouted, 'This baby is yours!' at the Pirates of the Caribbean actor.
The unidentified woman's outburst came during a break after Judge Penney Azcarate left the courtroom.
'Johnny, I love you! Our souls are connected,' the woman exclaimed as she stood up with the baby. Depp simply turned to her, smiled and waved - as he often has during strange moments of the trial, which enters its seventh week on Tuesday, according to Law & Crime.

The woman then held up the baby and claimed Depp was the father as a deputy approached her.
The deputy escorted the woman from the courtroom, clipping off her wristband that allowed her access to the trial. The outburst caused a bit of commotion in the courtroom that had to be calmed down.

According to a Law & Crime reporter, the woman in question later said that she was joking. The first witness Monday in Depp's defamation trial against Heard was Dr. Richard Moore, an orthopedic surgeon based in North Carolina who specializes in hand surgery.
In blockbuster testimony, Moore claimed that the appearance of Depp's severed finger - which he claims was sustained by a broken bottle Heard threw at him while the pair were in Australia - was 'not consistent' with the actor's claims.
He said: 'It's not consistent with what we see in the described injury pattern or clinical photographs.' Dr. Moore said during his 25-year career he had operated on finger injuries like Depp's 'hundreds of times.'
It was also revealed Monday that Kate Moss is set to testify in the trial this week.

The British model, 48, who dated the actor from 1994 - 1997, will reportedly take the stand on Wednesday after she was mentioned by the actress earlier in the case.
A source told the New York Post: 'Amber mentioned an ex of Johnny's that clearly she felt was not supportive of him, which couldn't be further from the truth.'
Experts say that Heard's testimony, mentioning Moss, could give Depp's legal team an opportunity to quell a rumor he pushed the super model down the stairs when they dated in the 1990s.
Sources say the rumor is not true - and Moss is actually supportive of her ex-husband. In fact, after Heard said she related to Moss for the alleged incident in the 90s, Depp's lawyer, Benjamin Chew could be seen fist bumping and smiling.
A witness for Heard also said Monday that the actress only kept her role in Aquaman because its star Jason Momoa and the film's director fought for her, the jury in Depp's defamation trial against the actress heard.

Heard's witness Kathryn Arnold, a former Hollywood producer who is now an entertainment industry consultant and expert, took the stand Monday afternoon.
She evaluated Depp's claims for damages as a result of Heard's op-ed as well as Heard's claim for damages based on comments from Depp's lawyer that her allegations were a 'hoax.'
According to Arnold, Aquaman was Heard's 'a star is born moment' but instead of it being a springboard for her career, she was nearly cut from the sequel.
Heard only kept her role because Jason Momoa, Heard's co-star, and the film's director James Wan 'committed to her' and were 'adamant she was in the film,' claimed Arnold, who spoke with Heard as part of her preparation for testifying.
According to Arnold, the first draft of Aquaman 2 her character Mera had a 'strong romantic arc the entire film and some great action sequences.'

Heard trained five hours a day for several months to do the sequence but when she got to the set a costume designer told her that her role had been 'diminished.'
The action sequence had been 'cut out' and her role was 'radically reduced,' Arnold said.
Reports have claimed that the lack of chemistry between Heard and Momoa was to blame for her role being reduced but Arnold denied this.
While Momoa was able to renegotiate his salary for Aquaman 2 from about $3million to $15million, Heard was unable to do the same.
She was 'fighting for her life' to be in the film and was paid the same $2million as stated in her original contract. According to Arnold, Heard should have been able to renegotiate her fee to as much as $6million.
The circus trial began when Depp sued Heard, claiming three counts of defamation and $50million in restitution. Heard - who was married to the actor from 2015 to 2017 - is counter-claiming for $100million.
Depp sued his ex-wife in February 2019 after she wrote an op-ed published by the Washington Post in December 2018 which Depp claimed left him with extensive financial loss to his career.
He added that he felt he could no longer act due to her allegations. In the op-ed, Heard had described becoming 'a public figure representing domestic abuse' and 'seeing, in real time, how institutions protect men accused of abuse.'
