Asala has really got it in for one Arab singer in particular. But who's the woman in question? Your guess is as good as ours!
In a series of critical tweets, the Syrian singer wrote, "My God, there are so many horrible Arabic songs out there."
She continued, "I'm listening to the radio in my car and it's gotten on my nerves with all the horrible Arabic songs it's playing; I even HAD to listen to Western music (in other words, I changed the channel)."
And she didn't stop there!
"There's a singer whom I quite like on a personal level but when she sings it's like 'no no no.' My God, she's way too brave for going for it."
Wait, there's more. *Cringe*
"The pretty lady has even got an album out!!!!!! A single release would have been more than enough, for the sake of our ears." Ouch!
