Yemeni singer Arwa has revealed that her pregnancy is the reason behind her quiet departure from Egyptian drama “Zai El Ward” (Like Roses).
The star’s exit from the Ramadan show was shrouded in mystery after she failed to announce her withdrawal publicly. According to MBC.net, Arwa decided not to issue a leaving statement amidst fears that doing so could have a negative impact on the drama.
Married and six months pregnant, Arwa says her life had been transformed over recent months – it seems she now prefers entertaining at the dinner table rather than on the TV.
But, fear not Arwa fans, she has also revealed that she won’t be hanging up her microphone just yet – she might have pulled out of TV but the star is currently working on a new album which she plans to release in the near future!
