Egyptian singer Amr Diab is currently in London shooting a video for Wala Ala Balu, the big hit of his new album with the proposed title Aktar Wahed. The video director is Sharif Sabri.
The original plan was to film in both Egypt and London, but Diab didn’t like the places chosen in Egypt, so he decided to film the whole video in London.
Diab had planned a July release date for his new video, but the event may be delayed to August due to a budget dispute between the singer and the producer.
Diab’s new album is expected to be released at the beginning of August. The new tracks were written with well-known talents such as Baha Eddin Mohammed, Ahmed Ali Mousa, Ayman Qamar, Mahmoud Salah and others, and composed by Amr Mustafa, Amr Diab, Isam Karika, and new Libyan composer Naser Kalayesh.
The album includes the songs Wadini Rgeatellak, Habibi Wala Ala Balo, Aktar Wahed, Kan Tayeb, Bandam Alek, Inta Al Habib, Albi Alek Malhouf, Lahzet Sukoot, Mesh Mostahil and Khayef Khoof.
Diab is scheduled to perform two concerts next month. One will be hosted by Pepsi on August 2, and the other will be in Marina-Alexandria on August 8.
The couple Diab and Zina Ashour were recently blessed with a baby daughter named Karma.
