Renowned Jordanian actress Abeer Issa has arrived in Cairo to begin filming her the new television drama "Khabir" (Expert). This edgy program has Abeer playing the role of a Jewish woman that not only disobeys her parents but she neglects even to check on them and ask how they are doing, ultimately leading them to disown her.
The controversy get evens deeper when Abeer's character has a daughter, played by Syrian actress Sulafa Mimar, who secretly converts to Islam.
