Big Seven Travel have located the 50 most 'Instagrammable' cafes in the world.

A travel website has named an Australian cafe as the world's most 'Instagrammable'.

Speedos cafe, which is less than 50 metres Sydney's Bondi Beach, was awarded first place out of 50 for their colourful cuisine and views.

Speedos is named after the Australian swimwear company.

'Bondi is one of the most iconic beaches in the world so to have such an incredible place as Speedos just a short stroll away from the water is a real treat,' Big Seven Travel wrote.

'Speedos serves some of the most beautiful food you'll ever see - all hues of the rainbow feature on the menu.'

The 'explosion' of colour in their pancakes, red velvet and blue bubblegum coffees, Acai bowls, soft shell crab burgers and avocado stacks made the waterfront location a shoo-in for the win.

Speedos have about the award on Instagram, saying they felt 'honoured' and 'very appreciative' of all the customers who support them.

'We have the best team in the world and couldn't do it with out each and every one of you. We love you so much and thanks again,' they said.

The Kettle Black in Melbourne also made the prestigious list at number 20 with their colonial-style building acting as the perfect backdrop for photos.

Owned by The Darling Group, the sizeable establishment sells chocolate polenta porridge, chilli scrambled eggs, miso cured salmon and bircher muesli.

The top ten featured cafes from London, Los Angeles, Vietnam, Indonesia and Dubai, but none of them appeared to have the same attraction as Speedos.

It's important to know that the Bondi-based cafeteria charges a surcharge on the weekends and you'll want to time your visit to avoid lines.

But ultimately the view is entirely worth the wait and the food will make up for any minor inconveniences like crowds.
