A woman ran her vehicle through the doors of a restaurant in the emirate of Ajman on Thursday, injuring four people who were sitting in the restaurant.
The accident occurred while the woman was apparently trying to park her car outside the restaurant. The driver hit the gas pedal instead of the brakes, sending the vehicle into the restaurant. A man, two women, and a child were hit by the incoming vehicle.
The driver and the four individuals were transferred to Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Hospital for medical treatment.
