ALBAWABA- If you wanted to cop a Steam Deck but thought it was too expensive, now is the time to do so since Valve (Steam's mother company) is looking to offer gamers a cheaper alternative than buying a factory-sealed one.

According to The Verge, Steam DB's Pavel Djundik has officially announced that they are selling refurbished Steam Decks at a nice discount.

Additionally, they promised that the devices will be fully tested at their facilities and have a 1-year warranty.

If you were wondering how much it would cost you to get one, Pavel Djundik tweeted the prices:

  1. 64GB - $319 instead of $399 which is less than the Nintendo Switch by $19 only!
  2. 256GB - $419 instead of $529
  3. 512GB - $519 instead of $649

Al Bawaba recommends buying the 256GB model since it's the best bang for your buck.  Storage aside, the specs are the same for all models but storage makes a difference because having more space results in having more games on your system.

Only go for the 512GB version if you have the extra cash and want more collector items including an exclusive carrying case, anti-glare etched screen, community profile bundle, and virtual keyboard theme.

You can buy a refurbished Steam Deck on Valve's official store page but they still did not put up a link to purchase it. According to the Verge, the Steam Deck is now more than ready for purchase, it was not suitable for gamers when it first launched.
