Union Properties has launched ServeU LLC, a new facilities management company based in Dubai. Aimed at serving the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), ServeU is a subsidiary company of Union Properties PJSC.
The company will provide building operations and maintenance services, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting, cleaning, building automation, security and building enhancements.
“Property development in the region has been expanding at an accelerated rate over the years and the need for a professional service in property maintenance became essential,” Said Abdul Aziz Al-Serkal, ServeU chairman.
ServeU's services include facilities management consultancy, operations and maintenance consultancy, cleaning and hygiene services, security and life safety. The company also offers energy management and a green and resource reduction consultancy—two unique services no other facilities management company in the region provides.
ServeU is undertaking the facilities management services of projects in the Emirates, including Al-Mussalla Towers (Bur Dubai), Al-Moosa Tower (Sheikh Zayed Road), Al-Jimi Shopping Center (Al Ain), Century Plaza (Jumeira Beach Road), Dubai Airport Expo complex, Emirates Bank—head office and all branches, Holiday Inn (Deira), Marriott Executive Apartments Towers, Sheraton—Creek, Deira, Spinneys, Um Suquiem and Union House (Deira). — (menareport.com)
