The United Kingdom (UK)’s Sherwoods Independent Property Consultants recently opened a new regional office office in Dubai in the Emarat Atrium building, stated a press release. Sherwoods Design, Sherwoods' interior design consultancy, is also housed in the new office.
Sherwoods has been doing business in the Gulf region since 1989 and are the longest established UK property consultancy in Dubai. The firm provides their clients with services covering property searches, acquisitions, legal services, mortgages and re-mortgages, lettings, property management and maintenance and sales. In an average year, Sherwoods' clients contribute an inward investment to the UK of $70 million.
Sherwoods also deals with properties in Spain and France, through their associate companies. Parador Properties, who deal with the Spanish market, have a representative in the new offices. — (menareport.com)
