The UAE and Indonesia have agreed to boost their economic and trading ties and establish joint investment ventures. According to WAM, under an agreement concluded between the UAE Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry and the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the two sides decided to encourage economic and investment cooperation between their respective business entities for their mutual benefits.
The signing ceremony at the Emirates Palace was attended by the Indonesian President, Dr. Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, who is currently on an official visit to the UAE.
