Two real estate auctions in Saudi Arabia

According to Al-Sharq Al-Awsat newspaper, the Al-Hammad Real Estate Development and Investment Company announced that two real estate plans were recently sold through an auction in Al-Ihsaa area for SR 48 million ($12 million). The first real estate plan, Al-Zahraa, consists of 151 lots with an average area of 600-1,200 square meter per lot for residential and commercial purposes.

 

The second real estate plan, Al-Shunayniya, consists of 57 lots with an average area of 500-1,000 square meter per lot for residential and commercial purposes. The first plan was sold for SR 40 million and the second plan was sold for SR 8.4 million.
