According to Esahafa, the Tunisian-Saudi Joint Real Estate Company (STUSID) is seeking to convert into a joint stock company and to list its shares on the Tunis Stock Exchange. The main goals are to diversify financing sources and to exploit investment incentives offered by the Tunisian government for companies listed on the stock exchange.
STUSID specializes in real estate development and building projects. It plans to invest 98m dinars in building projects over a 100,000 square metre area in Tunisia over the next five years.
