UK real estate company Stow plans to develop a maritime property within Beirut Western Marina. The project, which will be developed in close coordination with Lebanon’s largest firm Solidere, has a total built up area of approximately 20,000 square meters.
Stow invests in commercial property mainly in Central London where the senior management team has been actively involved for over 20 years. In 1999, Stow entered the Lebanese market to develop the largest residential project in the Beirut central District, the Marina Towers, currently under construction.
Stow acquires assets or sites for future refurbishment or re-development and uses in-house management expertise to manage developments through the entire process from acquisition and construction through the marketing and letting. — (menareport.com)
