Sorouh Real Estate Company recently announced the launch of the Al Shamkha residential project in Abu Dhabi for nationals of the emirate.
The mega project, which will spread over an area of 11,000 cubic feet, will reportedly accommodate some 5,000 residential units, according to Khaleej Times and WAM.
Speaking about the important new development, Saeed Eid Al Ghafli, President of Sorouh stated: "The company has studied the best practices to chalk out the mechanism for execution of the project. Accordingly, the design and building specifications are in consonance with the customs and traditions of the country.”
Al Shamkha is part of a new government plan to provide some 18,000 residential units at a cost of about Dh22 billion in Abu Dhabi.
Sorouh has reportedly chalked out a detailed financial plan for developing the project, taking into account the financial capabilities of the citizens, Al Ghafli pointed out.
