Plans were recently announced by Dubai's Sheffield Real Estate to widen their client base and ensure higher returns for property investors in a bid to build on the company's success and reinforce its portfolio of investments.
The firm will work in partnership with Russia's Rustar Real Estate on the new landmark project.
"Sheffield will soon announce a landmark project in Dubai that will add a unique feature to UAE's fast-expanding market," said Chairman of Sheffield Real Estate, Mr. Jamal Akram.
Sheffield Real Estate announced earlier this month that its investment portfolio, which includes six major development projects in Dubai, had crossed the AED 1 billion mark.
