SGLEB Raises Its Stake in Fidus

Societe Generale Libano-Europeene de Banque S.A.L. (SGLEB), as part of its strategy to expand its investments, has acquired another 16% in local brokerage firm Fidus S.A.L., thus raising its stake to 67%. The acquisition aims at enhancing the synergy between Fidus and SGLEB, thus providing customers with a higher level of services in financial markets and private banking.
