Seychelles targets Middle East hotel investments

The East African archipelago of Seychelles is seeking to attract investment from Middle East hotel developers, in a bid to boost its tourism appeal for the region. “The Seychelles is a prime holiday destination, which is seeing more and more major hotel development,” said Mohamed Al-Geziry, chairmanof the UAE-based Mohamed Al-Geziry Consultancy.  

 

The firm will be marketing the islands in the Hotel Show, to be held at Airport Expo Dubai from May 20-22. “Despite the tourism slump at the end of last year, the Middle East hotel industry would regain its luster,” forcasted Joanne Evans, director of the show organizers, Streamline Marketing. — (menareport.com)
