The city of Casablanca will host the second International Fair of Call-Centers - Siccam (Salon International des Centres d'Appels) in Casablanca. The fair, scheduled to take place from May 12 to 14, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel - Casablanca, will host 70 exhibitors and 25 conferences, and is expected to draw more than 2000 Visitors. Among the main topics discussed during the fair will be 'creating and financing call centers', outsourcing, and the issues related to recruiting and training of personnel for such centers.
EMarrakech reports that among the major companies that will take part in the second edition of Siccam is the French company, PGS Progisoftware that specializes in the development of software devoted to telemarketing, customer service and call-centers. The French company will present during the fair its "Performer 3" software, which is marketed on the French and international market for more than 15 years, and distributed in Morocco for PGS by Sigmatel.
