The telecoms software products unit of Schlumberger has announced the successful implementation of its BSCS billing and customer care solution at Kuwait’s largest mobile operator, Wataniya Telecom.
The upgrade to BSCS is part of Wataniya Telecom`s business development strategy as it looks to roll out new value-added and enhanced data services to customers and increase its market share.
The upgraded BSCS system offers Wataniya Telecom a fully convergent solution for the management of both prepaid and postpaid customers, and includes advanced functionalities designed to support high-value services such as multimedia messaging. The system will also enable Wataniya Telecom to gain competitive advantage through offering flexible pricing, discounts and promotions.
