ALBAWABA – Saudi Arabia’s modern urban area Neom, known for their “The Line” megaproject, has announced in a press release a new addition in its luxury members-only beach clubs, on the coastline of the Gulf of Aqaba, which Neom describe as “an evolving regional development in northwest Saudi Arabia”.
Dubbed “Xaynor,” the remote beachfront club is designed according to architect Fernando De Haro to be embedded into nature to give a look he calls “as though tectonic plates collided”, with architect Javier Bringas describing walking into Xaynor as a journey of passing through an oasis towards a water line that flows into the pools which connect this oasis to the ocean.
Xaynor is aimed to not only have premium beach and pool experiences but also have “world-class” culinary delights, music and entertainment, as well as using technology to harness wind and water to maintain comfortable temperatures, providing a luxurious experience with a connection to nature according to architect Javier De Haro.
To showcase the pinnacle of modern luxury, Xaynor will offer a variety of amenities such as private pools, beachfront lounges, fine dining, a premier entertainment venue, and an elite spa and wellness center. To enhance these choices, Xaynor also offers boutique shopping, leisure options, and members-only experiences tailored in association with globally recognized brand partners in fashion, art, and lifestyle.
