The Safir Deira Hotel is now opened for business. The five-star hotel, located in Dubai is already projecting occupancies in the high 80s during its first quarter of trading.
Facilities at the Safir Deira Hotel include 14 suites, two meeting and banqueting rooms with capacity for up to 200, business center, Club Select business floor, pool, jacuzzi, gym and sauna, the Adam's Kids Club and five restaurant and lounge outlets.
The hotel represents the first Dubai property for Kuwait-based Safir International Hotel Management, which operates 32 hotels in Algeria, Egypt, Kuwait, Lebanon, Syria and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Safir International is a Kuwait-based hotel management company. The group owns a majority share in the Tunisian Abou Nawas chain. — (menareport.com)
