SABA Real Estate, the Dubai-headquartered real estate major, has announced the launch of SABA Facilities Management to cater to the facilities management requirements of SABA Tower 1, 2 and 3, in addition to other projects within the Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT) project.

The move to launch SABA Facilities Management is in line with the company’s commitment to provide customers with the highest standards of quality, and reinforces its strategy of building long-term relationships with clients through after-sales support in the form of superior maintenance services. The company has also announced that it will be introducing a customized facility management system to support the operations of its new division.

“Buildings that are well maintained tend to appreciate more in value, and therefore, facility management is recognized as a vital business driver. The principle idea behind launching this division was to manage our projects directly rather than outsource this function to other contractors, thereby being assured of the quality of maintenance provided in our buildings. We expect our buildings to be seen as a reference for quality and high standards in Jumeriah Lake Towers, and to achieve this goal we have built a team of qualified professionals to efficiently manage our facilities,” said Behrouz Javaheri, Chairman, SABA Real Estate.

“We believe that the commitment to quality does not end with the delivery of the units to the clients; it continues with after-sales support, which in our case is the maintenance and management of the towers. Our clients will certainly appreciate the efforts we put in to incorporate quality in every aspect of our buildings and we are looking forward to extend our services in facilities management to other projects within Jumeriah Lake Towers as well,” added Javaheri.

The SABA Towers project comprises three premium towers in Jumeriah Lake Towers – SABA Tower 1, SABA Tower 2 and SABA Tower 3.  SABA Tower 1 offers over 360,000 square feet of exclusive office space, and is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and infrastructure, while SABA Tower 2 and 3, the first residential twin-towers in Dubai, together will contain a total of 700 spacious and well-designed apartment units. SABA Tower 2 is scheduled to be complete by the end of 2006, while Tower 3 is expected to be ready for delivery by April 2007. SABA Twin Towers will offer fully-furnished studio, one and two-bedroom apartments, in addition to three-bedroom and penthouse apartments. Facilities at the development include a modern health club, temperature controlled swimming pool, high-speed elevators, professionally landscaped leisure areas and 24-hour security and facilities management services.

“With all our projects on course for delivery, the launch of SABA Facilities Management will ensure that our clients are moving into fully-equipped buildings, and more importantly be assured of very best of services throughout,” concluded Javaheri.
