As the national carrier of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh Airlines' mission is to facilitate connectivity and foster economic growth. Douglas stated, "I don't know of a successful global economy that doesn't have global connectivity, and this is the task that has been set for us as Riyadh Airlines."

The CEO revealed Riyadh Airlines' plans to launch flights connecting the Saudi capital to over a hundred cities in the second quarter of 2025.

He underscored the importance of enhancing connectivity, not only for the citizens of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia but also for individuals worldwide seeking easy access to events like the fisheries industry department and famous tourist destinations in the Kingdom, such as the Red Sea resort and AlUla.

Douglas also spoke about the rapid progress the airline has made since its establishment in March, highlighting major milestones. He stated, "On March 14, we made a deal to purchase 72 787 Dreamliner aircraft, which are wide-body planes. In June, we revealed our first livery at the Paris Air Show to critical acclaim. In August, we began sponsoring our shirt with Atletico Madrid."

He sees Riyadh Airlines as a pivotal player in transforming the aviation industry.

"Since the establishment of Riyadh Airlines on March 12, we have also launched our website riyadhair.com. We have less than 700,000 people who have expressed their interest now," Douglas said.

The CEO emphasized the importance of selecting individuals with the right behavior, personality, and training capabilities to represent the Riyadh brand and provide exceptional experiences to guests.

With ambitious plans to expand its team to thousands by 2030, Riyadh Airlines is positioned to become a significant player in the global aviation industry, offering a warm welcome and world-class service to travelers worldwide as they embark on their journeys to and from Riyadh and beyond.
