According to Al-Riyadh newspaper, the Ministry of Justice reported that SR 1.3 billion worth of real estate exchange was executed in the Saudi Riyadh and Dammam cities this week, a 39% rise compared with last week.
The same source added that 1,136 real estate trade transactions were executed this week, a 6.8% rise compared with last week. These real estate exchanges involved a total area of 4,068,000 square meters, a 176% rise compared with last week. These statistics appeared in the ministry's weekly real estate market report.
