The Dubai Lands and Properties Department concluded 11 deals worth Dh418.6 million Tuesday. The biggest deal was in Al Dhagaya, where a plot changed hands for Dh7.5 million. The next two involved one plot in Umm Ramool, which was sold for Dh7.3 million and anther in Mirdiff, which fetched Dh6.1 million.
