Ras Al Khaimah will shortly establish Majjan Real Estate Company with a capital of Dh40 million, to invigorate investment in the emirate. According to Gulf News, the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Development Department has announced that it has already finalised the institutional project and the statute of the real estate company.
