Israel’s Radware, developer of Intelligent Application Switching (IAS) reported revenues of $12.0 million for the fourth quarter of 2002, an increase of 28 percent compared with sales of $9.4 million for the fourth quarter of 2001, and an increase of nine percent sequentially versus $11.0 million sales for the third quarter of 2002.
This represents the fifth consecutive quarter of growth in sales bringing the company's total sales for 2002 to a record of $44 million. Net profit for the fourth quarter of 2002 was $500,000 compared to net loss of $8.3 million in the fourth quarter of 2001 and net loss per share of $0.02 in the third quarter of 2002.
