Radisson SAS’ sales initiative confirms contracts in excess of $500,000

Radisson SAS Hotels & Resorts is sending a delegation of its Middle East executives to Arabian Travel Market 2002 (ATM), the region's travel and tourism exhibition, in a bid to push intra regional traffic to its eight Middle East properties and capitalize on a recent sales initiative which has seen confirmed 2002 contracts in excess of $500,000, according to a company press release. 

 

"Despite the global slowdown, the Middle East's tourism industry remains buoyant and demand for our eight regional properties is strong," said Mike Pilkington, sales and marketing regional director. "We have just launched a Pan-Arab image and tactical advertising campaign to reinforce the messages put across from our sales and marketing teams."  

 

Radisson SAS Hotels & Resorts operates Middle East hotels in Amman, Aqaba, Bahrain, Baku, Istanbul, Kuwait, Muscat and Sharm Al-Sheikh in Egypt. Three more Egyptian properties in Taba, Hurghada and Al-Quesir are due on line soon. 

 

Radisson SAS Hotels & Resorts, currently includes 107 hotels in operation and 40 hotels under development in 37 countries and is the sole franchiser in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa for Radisson Hotels & Resorts.
