The Qatari Minister of Energy and Industry, Abdullah Al-Attiya, and the Kuwaiti Minister of Oil, Adel Subeih, recently signed a bilateral agreement for Qatar to supply Kuwait with gas over the next 25 years, reported Al-Hayat .
