A slight drop in building rents is expected after the Asian Games, say real estate agents. However, the rents are set to shoot up again after a few weeks, they added.
According to the Peninsula, they also point out that demand for properties on hire has come down over the past two weeks. They attribute this to a general lull in the real estate market during the Games.
