The Qatar Minister of Industry and Energy, Abdullah Al-Attiya, is scheduled to visit India next Sunday, reported Al-Hayat . The Qatari minister will participate in laying the corner stone for a number of gas facility projects in India. The facilities are planned to receive Qatari gas in the near future. Qatar has agreed to supply 7.5 million tons of liquefied gas per annum to India, beginning in 2003. — (menareport.com)
