The long-awaited Trump Tower in Jeddah has officially entered the pre-construction phase, as confirmed by Eric Trump, son of the US President. The development of this tower marks a significant milestone for Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector and broader economic growth.
The development of Trump Tower in Jeddah is a partnership between Dar Global PLC—a Dubai-based real estate development company listed on the London Stock Exchange—and the Trump Organization, an American business group.
Notably, the tower will feature 47 floors and will be located on the Red Sea coast. It is set to offer ultra-luxurious spaces and high-end residences.

“The building (Trump Tower) in Jeddah is absolutely amazing. It’s one of the most beautiful buildings anywhere in the world, and we just started. We’ve got all the plans and we just started the pre-construction works. This is going to be by far the nicest building in Jeddah and really a building that we’re incredibly proud of as a family,” the US President stated previously.
This upcoming project marks another milestone for the Trump brand in the Gulf region, following previous developments in Oman and Dubai.
