Zain Jordan launches its new postpaid line My Line

Zain Jordan have launched the new postpaid line “My Line” by which postpaid customers can shape their plan and control their monthly bill by choosing the suitable amount of local minutes, SMS & MMS, BlackBerry or Mobile Internet bundles, and International bundles. This line offers up to 50% discount on international bundles and special offers on handsets.

Commenting on the new line launch, Zain Jordan CEO Ahmad Hanandeh said: “This line is launched due to the increased demand on voice and data services, which led to the diversity in the customers’ needs, hence Zain tailored this postpaid line which enables customers to shape their plan and control their bills according to their needs and simultaneously maximize the benefits of Zain offers and services.” Hanandeh stressed that Zain cares about all the society’s categories and offers latest technologies at the competitive prices that matches the budgets of its subscribers from various segments. He stressed that Zain is committed for its current and future subscribers to offer the best services at competitive prices and high quality.

Hanandeh added: “This approach has been done previously, where Zain was the first to offer a range of mobile internet bundles using HSPA+ technology, thus allowing customers to choose the relevant size of the bundle according to their needs.”

Hanandeh assured that Zain is committed to offer the latest and to reflect Zain’s leading position in the Jordanian telecom market by launching first of its kind services.

The local minutes bundles starts at 2 JDs and ends at 49 JDs by which customers get unlimited minutes on all networks. As for the Mobile Internet or BlackBerry Bundles, the start at 2 JDs for the 200 MB bundle and end at 16 JDs for the 3 GB bundle or BlackBerry Business. SMS and MMS bundles start at 2 JDs for 100 SMS & MMS and end at 9 JDs for unlimited SMS and MMS.
