White Truffles in Certo at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City

In Italy, November is renowned to be the best month for truffles, hence Certo’s Chef Daniele Capobianco has created a special a la carte menu, combining seafood and meat dishes with white truffles from Alba in the Piedmont region. 

Growing up in Umbria, another region well known for its truffles, Chef Daniele, who just recently joined Certo’s team, started very early in his career to create his own recipes and giving it a refined twist. 

Sample a wide selection of mouth-watering starters, soup, pasta and main courses such as Stracciatella Roman style soup with truffles, homemade agnolotti pasta with braised beef tenderloin served with butter, sage and truffle sauce or beef tenderloin with smoked Scamorza cheese, porcini mushrooms and truffle served with creamy potatoes and rucola salad. 

Known as “the jewel” in Italy’s gastronomic crown, the white truffle from Italy's Piedmont region is very famous for its unique aroma and taste but available only a couple of months every year.
