Turkish Business Council Iftar at Amwaj Rotana

Amwaj Rotana Hotel hosted yesterday the Turkish Business Council Traditional Iftar in Sadaf Ballroom where more than 140 Turkish, local and international businessmen and diplomats attended the event.
The Turkish Ambassador, HE Mr.Vural Altay, and the Chairman of the Turkish Business Council in Dubai& Northern Emirates, Mr.M. ZekiBurgucuwere here to welcome the Council’s guests and both of them took the opportunity of this Iftar to talk about the terrible crisis happening in Somalia. Mr.Burgucu announced that the TBC would donate the net proceeds collected from the event sponsors to help Somalia. HE Mr Vural Altay outlined steps the Turkish government has taken to help Somalia.The Consul General of Somalia, HE Mr.AbdulkadirSheikhey Al-Hatimialso attended the Iftar and took the opportunity to thank the Turkish government for their help and continuous support on this crisis.
