Al Tayer Motors technicians achieve highest Ford certification

Six Ford technicians at Al Tayer Motors, one of the UAE’s premier automobile dealerships, have achieved master level certification, being the first in the Blue Oval’s Middle East network to attain this distinction. Service and Parts Managers at the company also received the region’s most number of gold level certificates.

In addition, the company was commended for providing outstanding service in the region, among customers polled by Ford Middle East in a survey, which tracks customer satisfaction with the overall after-sales services provided by regional dealers.

Ford Motor Company’s Master Technician certification process is very thorough and requires between three to six years for completion equipping after-sales staff to diagnose issues, if any, and to handle customers’ queries quickly and efficiently.
