RTA honors Shamil Nad Al Hamar Center for Vehicles Testing and Registration Services at “Winner of Best Service Provider Award”

The Roads and Transportation Authority in Dubai honored Shamil for Vehicles Testing and Registration Services, an affiliate of Emirates General Petroleum Corporation “Emarat”, after its center at Nad Al Hamar won the best service provider (Customers’ choice) award for 2013. 

The honoring took place during the closing ceremony for the customers, which was organized by the Registration Department in RTA for the year 2013. During the ceremony, the best service provider is honored based on the customers’ choice. The ceremony was a part of a weeklong fair held at Dubai Mall to exhibit RTA’s services and answer questions and inquiries of the public.  The aim of the fair was to deal with all the problems that might face the customers in their interaction with the service providers, and to enhance communication between the Authority and the public. 

His Excellency Matar Al Tayer, Chairman and CEO of RTA, presented the award to Mr. Abdulraoof Abdul Aziz, Manager, Dealer Sales Operations and Acting Manager Vehicle Testing at Emarat, in presence of Mr. Nasib Al Jaradi, Shamil Nad Al Hamar Supervisor (deputy), Mr. Ibrahim Al Amoudi, Shamil Marketing Executive, and Mr. Mohammed Raafat administrator Testing &  Registration Centers. 

HE Al Tayer said that the Best Service Provider award is one of RTA’s leading initiatives that aim to honor everyone who is participating in supporting and enhancing customers service and cooperating to find solutions for any problems faced by the Authority or its customers. 

From his end, Abdulraoof expressed his gratitude for the award, and thanked all the employees at Shamil Centers who are always working hard to achieve such great results.
