Ramada Downtown launches Meet and Assist facility for guests

Ramada Downtown Dubai, located in Dubai’s most prestigious and vibrant district, launched the Meet and Assist facility to better attend to the guests’ requirements and further guest satisfaction during the stay.
Initiated by Front Office Manager Shafi Sibomana, the Meet and Assist facility mainly deals with guests’ inquiries and requirements including travel itineraries and special room requests, among others. One of the hotel’s managers is designated to be on-duty for the day to address the guests’ various concerns.
The Meet and Assist Facility has gained positive feedback from the guests and generated insightful suggestions on how to enhance its services. In addition, it has helped boost Ramada Downtown’s ranking in TripAdvisor by 37 notches, three months after its launch.
