Ramada Ajman and Beach Hotel reach out to labour camps

To show compassion and generosity during the Holy Month of Ramadan, the management of Ramada Hotel & Suites Ajman and Ramada Beach Hotel Ajman arranged a special Iftar for up to 200 labourers in the emirate.

Led by General Manager Iftikhar Hamdani, the hotels’ heads of department visited the workers’ accommodation in Ajman and provided a VIP treatment to the labourers by organising a full buffet set-up, to break their fast. On top of the Iftar, they also offered excess food from the hotels’ buffet and banqueting, which the labourers can eat and share in time for Suhoor.

Hamdani comments: “Our properties have been actively involved in CSR initiatives throughout the year and for the Holy Month of Ramadan, we have lined-up a couple of charitable activities. Mainly, we chose to reach out to our brothers in the labour camps to express our gratitude for their hard work, to share our blessings with them and to make them feel that they are a significant part of our society, through these little acts of kindness and altruism. We hope that this will inspire other private entities to take part in such activities.”
