RAK Properties celebrates UAE Flag Day with flag raising ceremonies at Julphar Towers

RAK Properties PJSC, one of the biggest property developers listed on the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange, joined the whole nation in celebration of UAE Flag Day today with a flag raising ceremony at Julphar Towers, located right in the heart of the city. The event was led by Mohammad Sultan Al Qadi, Managing Director and CEO, RAK Properties and was joined by the company’s senior officials and staff. Children coming from select schools in the emirate were also present, waving small UAE flags and releasing colorful balloons as the UAE flag was hoisted up the Julphar Tower’s flagpole. 

“RAK Properties joins the whole country in commemoration of the UAE Flag Day, which also marks His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan’s accession as President of the UAE. Events like these not only aim to strengthen us as a nation but also help us become prouder of our UAE heritage, especially our flag, which stands for loyalty, dignity and patriotism,” concluded Mohammad Sultan Al Qadi, Managing Director and CEO, RAK Properties. 

UAE Flag Day falls on November 3 annually, the day His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan’s accession as President of the UAE. The annual event is celebrated by hoisting the nation’s flag at public and private buildings at noon to symbolize the unification of the UAE’s flag across all its land and buildings.
