With new Shamel, subscribers have the flexibility to transfer the ownership of their contract to anyone without paying any fine or extra fee. Further advantages of Shamel’s new packages include the ability of freezing the contract while traveling, in addition to getting an additional mobile device, adding its costs to their monthly bills.
